THE BIG IDEA: Despite some outward success, Pastor Cole confessed that he often struggles with feelings of inadequacy. Feelings of not coming from the right background, not being smart enough or talented enough, and that others don’t believe he can do it. It’s easy to forget that Jesus said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. (2 Corinthians 12:9, NLT) We need to remember that the Bible is filled with examples of imperfect men and women that God used to do great things for Him when they simply chose to follow Him.
