Four Elements of Leadership

Mental Model – How a leader or person sees themselves. It relates to their thinking, their HEAD.

Motive – The reason or drive that causes us to do what we do. The default setting for mankind is lust. Motive relates to our HEART.

Manner – How we treat followers or others in relationships. Manner relates to our HANDS, what we do.

Methods – The routine or path we follow to accomplish our goals. Methods relate to our METHODS.
