Experiencing God in My Daily Life

Jesus said, “I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.” —John 15:5

Reality #7:
I Come to Know God by Experience as I Obey Him and He Accomplishes His Work Through me.

MEMORY VERSE:
Jesus says, “All who love Me will do what I say. My Father will Love them, and we will come and make our home with each of them.” John 14:23

HOW DO I EXPERIENCE GOD MORE EVERY DAY?

CONTINUE TO DO THE LAST THING THAT

TOLD ME TO DO.

Jesus says, “Those who accept my commandments and obey them are the ones who love me. And because they love me, my Father will love them. And I will love them and reveal myself to each of them.” —John 14:21

CONTINUE TO DRAW

TO GOD.

“Come close to God, and God will come close to you.” —James 4:8

CONTINUE TO LOOK FOR GOD

AROUND ME.

“My Father is always working, and so am I.” —John 5:17

“For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.” —Isaiah 43:19

CONTINUE TO AVOID THE

BLOCKS TO GOD’S WILL.

Some roadblocks that we face as we follow God:
A. Great Opportunities – there’s so many great things.
B. Busyness
C. Success
D. Sin – this is the greatest roadblock to God’s Will.
When we do what we want rather than what God wants

“But if we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us from all wickedness.” —1 John 1:9

CONTINUE TO TRUST GOD WILL

ALL I NEED.

“And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from His glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.” —Philippians 4:19

EXPERIENCING GOD PRAYER:
“Lord - I will do anything you require of me.
Wherever You want me to go – I’ll go.
Whatever the circumstances – I’m willing to follow.
If You want to meet a need through my life – I am Your servant.
I will do whatever is required.
I will obey everything you tell me so I can experience you fully in my everyday life. Amen.”

WHAT IS MY NEXT STEP TODAY:

· Seek to know and do God’s will more and more every day.
