JESUS SHOULD HAVE LIVED IN GLORY, BUT HE LOWERED HIMSELF AND BECAME HUMAN
THE WORLD SHOULD HAVE RECOGNIZED HIM, BUT HE HAD A HUMBLE BIRTH
JESUS SHOULD HAVE COME TO CONDEMN US BUT INSTEAD HE CAME AND GAVE GRACE
John 3:17- “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him”
JESUS SHOULD HAVE BEEN SERVED, BUT HE ALWAYS SERVED OTHERS
JESUS SHOULD HAVE BEEN LOVED BUT INSTEAD HE EXTENDED LOVE
JESUS SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE BEST AND BRIGHTEST BUT HE CHOSE UNDESERVING MEN.
JESUS SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO WHATEVER HE WANTED BUT HE LAID DOWN HIS DESIRES TO BE OBEDIENT
- JESUS SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE BLESSING OF LIVING A RIGHTEOUS LIFE BUT HE GAVE HIS LIFE ON THE CROSS
1 Corinthians 5:21 “For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.”
John 13:12-15 “When he had washed their feet and put on his outer garments and resumed his place, he said to them, “Do you understand what I have done to you? 13 You call me Teacher and Lord, and you are right, for so I am. 14 If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. 15 For I have given you an example, that you also should do just as I have done to you”
