IV. Rebellion Versus
A. Sometimes we wonder why our kids rebel and yet we do it in our own way
Our subtle rebellion can have big consequencesB. Disobedience to God is rebellion toward God and opens you up to many problems
We move away from His purpose and move toward chaosC. We also become rebellious toward human authority and the Bible’s response is two-fold
- Pray for them (Romans 13:1-5)

Generational sins
Alcohol, sexual abuse, drugs and sexualityCurses can affect us
C. There are three possible scenarios that predispose us to a particular sin:

- Genetically—Illness
- Immoral atmosphere
D. We need to stand against and renounce these areas for victory
