AUTHORITY: the power or right to give orders, make decisions, or enforce obedience.
WHO HAS AUTHORITY?

WHAT KIND OF AUTHORITY IS IT?
1. AUTHORITY OVER THE
The seventy-two returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!” —Luke 10.17
