(Mark 10:13-16 NIV) People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. 14 When Jesus saw this, he was indignant.

He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 15 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” 16 And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them.

1.Praise
(Proverbs 25:11 ESV) A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in a setting of silver.

2.Thanksgiving
(Psalm 127:3 NLT) Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a reward from him.

3.Affection

4.Encouragement
(Ephesians 4:29 NIV) Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

5.Kindness
(Proverbs 15:1 NIV) A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.

6.Prayer
