Stigma defined: the disapproval of, or discrimination against, an individual or group based on perceivable social characteristics.

In our society, we find ourselves in a

relationship with the idea of aging and getting older.

You may not see yourself as still having a power voice because of:
• Experience in your family


• Patterns from past to present generations
• Past “

Three stages to shifting to God’s view on aging:
Stage 1: Know there is still

in your voice
Stage 2: Know that no one can you
Stage 3: Know your “ ” strategies

Four gifts to give yourself:
1. Give your mouth new

to say
2. Give your mind new to eat
3. Give your eyes new to see
4. Give your heart something new to
