The Games We Play
Duck Duck Goose

Chasing The Goose:

I. The Me

“I tell you the truth, everyone who acknowledges me publicly here
on earth, the Son of Man will also acknowledge in the presence of
God’s angels. Luke 12:8

II. The Me

18 And I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful
nature. I want to do what is right, but I can’t. 19 I want to do what is
good, but I don’t. I don’t want to do what is wrong, but I do it
anyway. 20 But if I do what I don’t want to do, I am not really the
one doing wrong; it is sin living in me that does it. 21 I have
discovered this principle of life—that when I want to do what is
right, I inevitably do what is wrong. Romans 7:18-21

III. The Me

Catching The Goose:

I. Be

Prove by the way you live that you have repented of your sins
and turned to God… Luke 3:8

II. Be

Those who cleanse themselves from the latter will be
instruments for special purposes, made holy, useful to the Master
and prepared to do any good work. 2 Timothy 2:21 NIV

III. Be

“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but
set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in
faith and in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12 NIV‬‬‬‬
