1. Read verses 17-22. Describe the abuse of the Lord’s Supper by some of the Corinthian Christians. How did their church gatherings cause more harm than good? What are ways you can personally make the most of church gatherings to edify others?


2. Read verses 23-26. Describe the practice Jesus passed down to the church called the Lord’s Supper. Why does Jesus give us this practice? How does communion enhance your worship?


3. Read verses 27-34. What does it mean to partake of communion in a “worthy manner?” What happens when we don’t partake in a worthy manner? How does Paul instruct us to make the most out of communion?


4. What is God speaking to you about personally through this passage?
