Jesus: A Friend of Believers

We begin a new series of messages today on Jesus, our Savior and friend. In chapter 7 of Luke’s gospel, a Roman centurion became a friend of Jesus because he chose to believe in him. This centurion really pleased the Lord because of his great faith. Let’s look closely at the story and then learn some helpful lessons about believing and trusting in Christ as our friend.
