DISCUSSION QUESTIONS
1. Why is God’s Truth a central part of your “armor” when it comes to living the Christian life?
2. What do you learn from the example of Daniel when it comes to choosing to live a life that is marked by God’s Truth? What is one thing from Daniel’s example that you want to apply to your life?
3. When you think about speaking the truth in love, which of these is hardest for you: checking your assumptions, looking for a win-win, or laying a good foundation (starting well)? Why is speaking the truth in love so important? On a scale of 1 to 10 how well do you do that (would people close to you agree)?
4. Sometimes (maybe most of the time) it’s easier for us to speak the Truth rather than receive the Truth. What could make you more receptive to hearing Truth from others? How do you think that would impact your relationships?
