Solution

God will remove the blessing:

Amos 4:6-13

God tried removing the blessing in small ways

Cleanness of teeth
Moved the rains
Blight and mildew
Pestilence like Egypt
Overthrew some like Sodom

But they never turned

So, God himself will come.

Throughout the story of the people of God we see this

never turn
