Don’t Blow it!
Acts 9:1-22
Inside every believer, there’s a longing to tell others about how Jesus came from heaven to save humanity and give us new life. So, why are we so hesitant about sharing our faith with others? One of the many reasons is that we might be afraid of saying the wrong thing, or not having all the answers to questions that may arise. The Apostle Paul teaches us that there is a Biblical way to share our faith.
The Biblical pattern of sharing your faith with others should include:
Your life before you
“Meanwhile, Saul was still breathing out murderous threats against the Lord’s disciples.” v1
How you came to
“Who are you, Lord? Saul asked.” v5
Your life now
“Saul spent several days with the disciples in Damascus.” v19
Action Points:
Remember: Never underestimate the power of your story
Take time to write out your faith story
Pray about whom the Lord would have you to share your story with
