Series: “Jesus >” - Part 14 of 19
Message: “Treat One Another Right”
Text: Hebrews 13:1-3

Big idea
Receiving God’s Kingdom in our lives through Jesus, should have a profound impact on how we treat one another.

Treating one another right
1. Keep

one another as brothers and sisters.

Two questions to ask yourself each week
How have I cared for the needs of at least one person in the church?

How have I put someone else in the church before myself?

2. Show to strangers.

Two ways we can show more hospitality
Give everyone permission to approach me like I am new. If they don’t know me…I am new to them!

Speak to at least one person I don’t know anytime I’m at church.

Good ways to break the ice and open a conversation:
1. Hey, I’m glad you’re here.
2. Let me help you with that.
3. These seats are open, you can sit here.
4. Can I help you find anything?
5. Let me introduce you to

.

MY NEXT STEP TODAY IS TO:
 Be intentional to show the love-in-action to a fellow Christian this week. Do something for someone or put them first in some way.
 Go out of my way to interact with someone I don’t know at church.
Reserve your seat for in person worship next Sunday.
 Read Hebrews 13:4 in preparation for next week’s message.
