Dr. Ralph Neighbour III

Ralph W. Neighbour III is the leader of the Church Revitalization Initiatives Team for the California Southern Baptist Convention. He was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, and grew up in a pastor’s home. Ralph learned early about foundational principles of ministry and church planting from his parents as they lived all over the US and globally with his parents serving as missionaries in Southeast Asia. His degrees were earned from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary (now Gateway Seminary), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Houston Baptist University. Dr. Neighbour is a communicator, writer, professor, mentor and coach. He is passionate about helping every person maximize his or her wisdom, wealth, and time to lead what he calls a “Legacy Life.” Ralph and his wife, Pam, currently live in Clovis, CA. They have been married 42 years. They have two adult children.
