- Read Colossians 3:1-10. What specifics does Paul say to put away in verse 8-9?

- What is the basis of Paul’s argument and rationale for the believer to put away these practices (Colossians 3:8-9; Romans 8:1-11; 1 Peter 1:13-19; 1 Peter 2:21-24).
- What are some examples of fleshly motivations in putting away sinful practices? Why is it important to have the right motivation in putting these things away? Why is it so critical to do it for the right reasons?
