
Holy Week Fasting
Monday - April 3 - Day 1 - Minding our Minds - No Social Media, Unnecessary Media usage, TV, etc.
Tuesday - April 4 - Day 2 - Turning Down our Plates (Beginning at 6am - 6pm) morning and evening meals only (no animal products, fried foods processed foods for morning and evening meal) while adhering to day 1 fasting guide.
Wednesday - April 5 - Day 3 - Midweek Word and Worship (Incorporating day 1 and day 2 guidelines and committing to attending worship service at 6:30 p.m.).
Thursday - April 6 - Day 4 - Maintaining Day 1 and Day 2 guidelines, breaking fast at 7 p.m. with a virtual Maundy Thursday Observance - Everyone is encouraged to engage a meal of thankfulness with family in their homes after we all celebrate The Lord’s Supper virtually (elements will be available on both Sunday and Wednesday).
