ANNOUNCEMENTS
CANCELED - All Church ‘Seniors Village’ Info Meeting
The informational meeting originally scheduled for today - Sunday, January 30th - has been canceled and will be rescheduled for a later date in the Spring.
Tuesday Morning Women’s Study Group - starts Tuesday, February 1st
Imagine walking the dusty roads of Galilee with Jesus of Nazareth—braving jostling crowds just to touch the edge of His cloak and hear Him say, “Take heart, daughter, your faith has healed you.” Those words, once meant to comfort a hurting woman’s soul thousands of years ago, were also meant for you. Join biblical culturalist Kristi McLelland on those dusty roads as she transports you back to Jesus’ world, following in the footsteps of the women who came face-to-face with the Living God. Over 7 sessions, examine the historical and cultural climate of first-century Middle Eastern society to not only understand Jesus more deeply but to fuel your worship of Him today. This study is held Tuesday mornings, starting February 1st from 9am-11am and will run for 7 weeks. Childcare is available upon request. Please stop by the Women’s Ministry Table or email women@northsummit.com to register. You’ll also need to purchase your book personally before February 1st (Amazon and Lifeway stock these).
Guest Lunch - Sunday, February 6th
If you are new here at North Summit Church and have never attended a Guest Lunch, please join us on Sunday, February 6th immediately following the 3rd service at 12:15 pm in the South Building for our Guest Lunch. This will be a good opportunity for us to get to know you, and for you also to connect with others in our church. We hope to see you there! Please RSVP by going to www.northsummit.com/events or by writing “Guest Lunch” on your Connection Card.
Men’s Breakfast - Saturday, February 12th
North Summit Men are in pursuit of becoming godly men. One of the ways we do that is by coming together for Men’s Breakfast. Saturday, February 12th, you will have the opportunity to connect with other men heading in the same direction and be inspired by a message from one of our Pastors. Join us for the Men’s Breakfast on February 12th starting at 8:00 am with a friend and an appetite. Please RSVP by writing “Men’s Breakfast” on your Connection Card or by stopping by the Men’s Ministry table in the Connection Hall.
Women’s Tables - Friday, February 18
Ladies, join us on February 18th from 6-8pm as we gather over a meal and discuss topics geared towards sharing life and our faith with others, all in a casual but intentional format.
