Transformed (metamorphosis) describes a change from within. The world wants to change our mind, so it exerts pressure from the outside. But God wants to transform our life from within by the renewing of our
1. God’s goal for each of us would be that we would be transformed to
Philippians 2:12-13 - Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed — not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence — continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, 13 for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.
2. This is so important to understand because most of our prayers focus on God changing the circumstances
