What are the historical circumstances around Israel’s rejoicing? When are some times you rejoiced in God?
What are some obstacles to rejoicing in the Christian life? Which do you see the most in your own life?
How much joy is available to the Christian? What role does your sin play in your lack of joy?
Why is the death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ a cause for great joy?
Is Jesus Christ the first place you look to for joy in your own life, or do you look elsewhere? Why are we fooled if we look anywhere other than Christ for our joy?
