Q: Stephen understood the story of God’s people. How well do you know the broad story of the Bible? What is one step that you could take to learn the overall story better?

Q: How does understanding how God acted in the past help us to understand Jesus Christ today?

Q: How did Stephen respond when he was stoned (v. 59-60)? How do you respond when people hurt you?

Q: Are there people in your life with whom you can share stories of amazing ways God has worked in your past? Who?
