There are a lot of voices competing for our attention. Who we choose to listen to, makes all the difference. When we listen to the right people we will be led in the right direction and find great success in life.

Discussion Questions:

1. Have you ever listened to the wrong person and been led down the wrong path? Describe. Read the four Proverbs at the top of this page and discuss the importance of listening to the right people.
   

2. Read 2 Samuel 12:1-14. Do you have a “Nathan” in your life that will speak truth to you? How can you be a “Nathan” to someone in your life?
   

3. Discuss the importance of wisdom. How is it different from knowledge? Describe an occasion when someone spoke or demonstrated wisdom to you. What affect did it have on your life?
   

4. Read Hebrews 10:23-25. Discuss the importance of encouraging one another. How has this been a help to you? How have you been an encourager to someone else?
