You have leadership responsibility.

Big Idea: Christian leadership is servant leadership.

Christian leaders are called to:

  • Be continually by God.
    “All good leadership begins internally.”

“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think.” —Romans 12:2

  • courageously.

    “If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously.” —Romans 12:8


Top tier leadership does not say, “I’ll do what’s best for…” it says, “I’ll do what’s right by.”

    Leaders don’t ask others to do what they themselves are unwilling to do.

    • Do I pray as if nothing of eternal value will happen in the lives of others unless God does it? (Lead with prayer)
    • Am I touching the hearts of those I lead? (Lead with transformation)
