1) Did anything stick out to you from the message, or did you have any questions?
2) In what ways does the cross show us how God loves us?
3) Think about a relationship where you know you are loved. How is that relationship different than other relationships? What does that teach us about our relationship with God?
4) The redemption aspect of the cross is about trading something about ours for something that belonged to Jesus. What kinds of things do we trade and what do we get from Jesus?
5) Think about those things we received from Jesus. How do they enable us to live differently now? What do our lives look like because we received those things?
6) Scotty said we are called to carry the cross of Jesus. How does that shape how we live? What kinds of things do we do or sacrifice?
