1. Seasons are Providential

Genesis 1:14, ^NLT
Then God said, “Let lights appear in the sky to separate the day from the night. Let
them be signs to mark the seasons, days, and years.

"As long as the earth remains, there will be planting and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night.”

Psalm 104:19, ^NLT
You made the moon to mark the seasons, and the sun knows when to set.

2. Seasons are Purposeful

3. Seasons are Passing

springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in
the wasteland.”

Galatians 6:9, ^NIV
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if
we do not give up.

When Seasons Change:

• Trust God with your future.

Jeremiah 29:11, ^NIV
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you
and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

• Keep walking by faith.

• Cling to what is unchanging.

Psalm 119:89, ^NKJV
Forever, O Lord, Your word is settled in heaven.

The grass withers and the flowers fade, but the word of our God stands forever.”

Hebrews 13:7-8, ^NIV
Remember your leaders who taught you the word of God. Think of all the good
that has come from their lives, and follow the example of their faith. Jesus Christ
is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
