Crystalizing and Running with Vision
Hab 2:2
Then the LORD answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. NKJV
Vision: Prophetic revelation, mandate, blueprint.
Vision: God’s highest destiny for your life with His revelations and creative ideas.
Vision and Goal
Vision stirs up passion.
Goals stir commitment with a clear plan and direction.
Facts don’t move people to action.
Great leaders win over hearts and minds.
How to crystalize a clear vision that stretches us and how to run with the vision with goals that are specific, achievable and measurable. This will keep us from running wild in different directionsf and avoiding any hindrances to our vision.
1. Write your Vision
Hab 2:2
Then the LORD answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. NKJV
Prov 29:18
18Where there is no vision, the people perish. KJV
18Without revelation, people run wild, but one who listens to instruction will be happy. HCSB
Don’t run wild
Vision tells us what we are called to do and also what we should not do.
Focus on our

There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. 6And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. NKJV

Joel 3:18
… A fountain shall flow from the house of the Lord. And water the Valley of Acacias. NKJV
A fountainhead church that refreshes the barren places of the earth with prophetic prayers and words, giving us a sense of destiny, and causing us to live in great abundance
stirring up innovations despite limitations.
Jer 23:4
I will set up shepherds over them who will feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, nor shall they be lacking. NKJV
2.Make it plain on tablets
Hab 2:2
Then the LORD answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets. NKJV

The Lord gave me this answer: “Write down clearly on tablets what I reveal to you, so that it can be read at a glance. GN
Vision and goals should be big enough to
you
Big enough to:
- require faith
- inspire people
- need God to step in
If something doesn’t stretch you, it won’t bring big growth, and success.
Big enough to drive
Limitations drive innovation.

Specific - Achievable – Measurable
Rom 13:11
And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. NKJV
An average plan implemented today is better than a great plan implemented a month from now.
Simple 2 - 3 - 4 Goals and Plans
Prov 21:5
The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty.
Hasty: Confined, narrow, cramped.
Successful people consistently do what other people do occasionally.
2 GOALS in your field
3 IDEAS for each of the goals
4 WAYS each goal results in building His Church
Matt 16:18
I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. NKJV

A spiritual gift is given to each of us as a means of helping the ENTIRE church. NLT

3. Run with the Vision

Facts are subject to change. Facts will line up with God’s Word.
Three phrases that can block the fulfillment of your vision:
Can’t – won’t – don’t
Any time, we say – a version of these words, we are casting blame and giving excuses.
A good leader won’t cast blame. They will always take responsibility.
The only thing that we can say is, “I have not LED them to.”
