God is the Only Righteous One

Romans 2:1-16

Have you ever been driving in your car and you begin to merge into the next lane, and then all of a sudden you hear a car horn blaring? We all have blind spots when we drive at times and unfortunately, we can have spiritual blind spots in the way we live against sin. If we are not careful in the way we drive, or being aware of our blind spots of sin, we can easily cause an accident. The Apostle Paul enrolls us in spiritual driving school in Romans chapter two.

Jesus is loving and just.
“For God so loved the world…” John 3:16; “God is just…” 2 Thessalonians 1:6
Jesus loves everyone but loves us enough not to leave us the way we are - don’t judge one another.
“I am sure of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Jesus Christ.” Philippians 1:6
Jesus will exercise His wrath to come, but He provided the rescue plan for everyone.
“Because of your stubbornness and unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath for yourself for the day of God’s wrath.” Romans 2:5

Action Points:
Be bold spiritually.
Be salt and light in the world, but do not socially segregate from lost people.
