Read Scripture: Malachi 1

  1. Why is God great?
  2. Read Leviticus 10:1-3. God has made us a kingdom of priests. Of all people, we are the nearest to God. How have you seen yourself become more and more careful as you get nearer to God?
  3. Read Deuteronomy 15:21-22. What does your current service to God say about what you think of him?
  4. How did you answer the following questions in the message
    1. Do you maintain a personal posture of giving your best to God?
    2. Have you ever given your second best to God?
    3. Have you ever been bored at church?
    4. Have you ever committed to give your best to God but then you backed out and gave him less than your best?
  5. If God is not getting your best, then who is?
  6. How does Jesus’ perfect offering and sacrifice take the pressure off us? How does it fuel the giving of our best to him?
