The North Summit family strives to make you feel welcomed wherever you are on your faith journey. Maybe you have been in church your whole life or maybe this is the first time you have considered attending; either way, there is a place for you here.

YOUTH & KIDS

We offer dynamic programming for kids ages birth-6th grade. We currently have all nursery, preschool, and elementary classes during our 9:30 service. We also offer nursery and preschool, and K-3 classes during our 11:00 service. If you are visiting us for the first time, please visit the Family Lobby.

Jr. High and High School students attend the Sunday services and meet together for Youth Group on Wednesday evenings during the school year from 6:00-8:00 pm.

Summit After School is a drop-in after school program for 1st-6th grade students. We offer a fun afternoon including a homework time/education activities, meal, group game, craft and life lesson. SAS is every Tuesday and Thursday (during LPOSD school year) 2:30 to 5:00 pm. If you would like more info or would like to serve please contact Nate Lacy.

Royal Rangers is an activity-based ministry for boys K-12th grade. Its mission is to evangelize, equip and empower the next generation of men to become Christ-like servant leaders. Please join us from 4-6 pm every Sunday in the South Building.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Fall Kick Off/Prayer & Worship Night - TODAY and TONIGHT!
Throughout the morning, we’ll be offering tours to showcase the progress of the South Building. This is a fantastic chance for you to see firsthand the strides we’ve made. Then, at 6pm, we’ll gather for an evening of prayer and worship, coming together as a united church community. We truly hope you can be a part of it!

Precepts Class - begins Sunday, September 17th
Starting next Sunday, our Kid’s Ministry will again offer a Precepts class to help 4-6th grade kids learn about the responsibility God places upon His people. This is a fun and challenging class for pre-teens. This class will be held in the South Building, Room 102 during the 3rd service. Check in for the class will be in the Children’s Lobby, as usual.

Women’s Tables - Friday, September 15th
Ladies, join us on September 15th from 6-8pm in the gym as we gather over a meal and discuss topics geared towards sharing life and our faith with others. We believe that this simple and casual monthly practice will enable you to connect and build friendships that will eventually develop into discipleship and mentorship relationships. Please sign up by emailing women@northsummit.com or register at the Women’s Table in the Connection Hall by September 11th.

Father’s Heart Ministry Briefing - Sunday, September 17th
North Summit-supported missionaries representing A Father’s Heart will be present after 3rd service on Sunday, September 17th for a ministry briefing in the Fireside Room. This is the ministry we will be supporting during the 2024 trip to Uganda. Come and hear about the work they are doing!

Starting Point-starts Sunday, September 17th
Are you ready to get connected? Starting Point is your first step! Join us for this 3-week small group experience where you will learn about the mission and vision of North Summit, meet Sunday, September 17th at 9:30 am in the South Building. Summit After School Kickoff - Tuesday, October 4th
Our first day back for Summit After School (SAS) will be Tuesday, October 4th! We will offer SAS on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the coming school year from 2:30-5 pm.
