The God of Your Fathers Spoke to Me
God’s
“Providence” from the Latin word provideo which means to see beforehand.
The closest word in English is provision.
I perceived that whatever God does endures forever; nothing can be added to it, nor anything taken from it. God has done it, so that people fear before him. Ecclesiastes 3:14
God’s providence is God’s caring provision for his people as he guides them in their journey of faith through life, accomplishing his purpose in and through them. (Hector Llanes, Professor GCU)
