4 principles for building families on the wisdom of God:

1. To help build a family that’s secure in the things of God, prioritize your

with Jesus as the foundation of your own life.
Proverbs 14:26
Whoever fears the Lord has a secure fortress,
and for their children it will be a refuge.


2. To help build a family where the identity of others is founded in God, godly character when you see it.
Proverbs 23:15-16
My son, if your heart is wise,
then my heart will be glad indeed;
16 my inmost being will rejoice
when your lips speak what is right.


3. To help build a family on the wisdom of God, those who are young to help them make wise choices until they can do so for themselves.
Proverbs 19:18
Discipline your children, for in that there is hope;
do not be a willing party to their death.

Proverbs 22:6
Start children off on the way they should go,
and even when they are old they will not turn from it.

Hebrews 12:6
because the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son.


4. Those who are young can help a Godly family from the backseat by pursuing wisdom, even in their youth.
Proverbs 10:1
The proverbs of Solomon:
A wise son brings joy to his father,
but a foolish son brings grief to his mother.

1 Timothy 4:12
Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.
