Summary: Belief in Jesus is not a leap of faith it is a reasonable conclusion based on the available evidence. In this message, Peter talks about the real evidence of Jesus’ resurrection which he provided for the disciples in the upper room, the real life he gave them by his Spirit, and the real mission he sent them on.

- Read v20. What doubts have you had about the truthfulness of Christianity? What evidence have you engaged with in order to resolve them?
- Read v19. What does it mean to you that the first thing Jesus says to the disciples is “Peace be with you!”?
- Read Ezekiel 37:1-10. Where are the ‘dead bones’ around you? What hope does this passage give you?
- Reflect on the moment the Spirit breathed spiritual life into you. What was it like? What do you remember about your joy?
- Read v21. What was Jesus sent by the Father to do? What is he sending you to do?
- Read v23. What is the significance and weightiness of our being sent?
- Does your life look like one who has been sent to rescue a lost world?
