JOY
Joy is an attitude God’s people adopt not because of happy circumstances but because of their hope in God’s love and promise.
Joy Is A Choice
Isaiah 51:11
Those the Lord has rescued will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away. (NIV)
Luke 2:10
But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. (NIV)

PEACE
Peace = absence of war or conflict
SHALOM = complete/whole … something that is complex, with many pieces, that is in a state of completion

HOPE
Hope – state of anticipation
Yakhal = wait for
Qavah = wait (tension, especially while you wait – like cutting a rope)
