A. THE COMMANDS OF JESUS TO HIS DISCIPLES (US)
Jesus appears to His disciples after His resurrection –
“While they were still talking about this, Jesus himself stood among them and said to them, ‘Peace be with you.’ They were startled and frightened, thinking they saw a ghost. Today, we might mistakenly think we need a vast organization, huge amounts of money, lots of schooling and language programs, extra training, demographic studies of population movements – and then more money!
Correct Approach (what Jesus presented to us)
Jesus gave us an infinitely reproducible model that is trans-cultural (it will work in any culture), that does not require money, education, personal ability, talent or intelligence. But it does require the power of the Holy Spirit!
WE NEED THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
The mandate to “Make Disciples” in all nations is not merely making
