Samuel 12:22-23 (NLT)
22 David replied, “I fasted and wept while the child was alive, for I said, ‘Perhaps the Lord will be gracious to me and let the child live.’

Talk It Over:
1. Have you or do you know someone who has gone through tremendous pain?
2. In whom do you find the most comfort when going through difficult times? Why them?
3. Read 2 Corinthians 2:9-10: How should we manage painful experiences in life?
4. How can God use the pain you are going through?
Action Steps:
Ask God to comfort and teach you in your pain.
If you are hurting, ask other believers to pray for you and your situation.
Pray for others you know who are going through pain.
