I am a liar → You are redeemed and forgiven (Colossians 1:14)
I am a cheater → You are made new in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17)
I am a failure → You are more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37)
I am impure → You are washed and sanctified (1 Corinthians 6:11)
I am dirty → You are clean (Isaiah 1:18)

• Why do you think we tend to believe negative labels more easily than God’s truth?
• How do name changes in the Bible help us see God’s perspective on identity?
• What label do you sense God is calling you to lay down? What name is He giving you in its place?
• How can we daily renew our minds to align with our God-given identity?
