ONE. anger is a sin but can become one

In your anger do not sin —Ephesians 4.26

TWO. to slow the anger process

Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry —James 1:19

THREE. your anger or it will control you

Refrain from anger and turn from wrath;
do not fret —it leads only to evil. —Psalms 37:8
