Anyone age 16 and above is eligible to vote, and a minimum of 75% in favor of the total votes cast by church members is required to hire a lead pastor. Keep praying Crossroads!

The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.
I say to myself, “The Lord is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in him!”

“Here’s the paradox. We can fully embrace God’s love only when we recognize how completely unworthy of it we are.”

When the water was gone, she put the boy in the shade of a bush.
And as Hagar sat there nearby, she began to sob.
God heard the boy crying, and the angel of God called to Hagar from heaven and said to her, “What is the matter, Hagar? Do not be afraid, God has heard the boy crying as he lies there. Lift the boy up and take him by the hand, for I will make him a great nation.”
Then God opened her eyes and she saw a well of water. So she went and filled the skin with water and gave the boy a drink. God was with the boy as he grew up.
