What forms of entertainment do I watch? Do I consistently dwell on movies or visit internet sites which are full of violence or portray people in degrading or demeaning ways?
Do I sometimes use alcohol or drugs to try and still a troubled conscience?
Troubled conscience sometimes reveals itself with troubled sleeping or nightmares. What are my dreams or nightmares revealing about my conscience?
Who is influencing my life in a way that I know to be wrong? What friends/acquaintances do I need to avoid?
