Questions to Ponder:

What is the state of my conscience? Have I repeatedly done something I knew was wrong, and now feel guilty, and have been wrestling with the guilt?


What forms of entertainment do I watch? Do I consistently dwell on movies or visit internet sites which are full of violence or portray people in degrading or demeaning ways?


Do I sometimes use alcohol or drugs to try and still a troubled conscience?


Troubled conscience sometimes reveals itself with troubled sleeping or nightmares. What are my dreams or nightmares revealing about my conscience?


Who is influencing my life in a way that I know to be wrong? What friends/acquaintances do I need to avoid?
