Grows In The Dark

 –secret sin

 –restitution

 –THE LIGHT

 –not just victory, but deliverance

 2. The Damage

To Us Quickly

 –“bitter root grows up”

 –repent quickly

 –room for repentance even in the saved & sanctified life

 –two people cannot be in wrong relationship with each other & still be right with God

 3. This Always Causes Great

 –“bitter root grows up to cause trouble”

 –“trouble” in the Greek is a medical term

 –“the body, soul, and spirit are so interconnected they actually catch each other’s diseases”

 –many times we’re trying to treat symptoms, and we’re not dealing with the sin*

 4. This Is Highly

 –“bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many”

 –sin not only affects you, it affects every relationship you have
