When we come to faith in Jesus Christ, most experience a spiritual “mountain top experience,” but the reality is our life cannot remain on the mountain top. It is vital that we learn as followers of Jesus what it means to build our life on a sure foundation and not “mountain top experiences.”
Watering
“I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.” v6
Working
“For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building.” v9
Warning
“…and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work.” v13b
