1. This was a legitimate complaint
2. Potential for division/disunity
3. Gentiles vs. Jews
4. Overlooked

Point 2: The Solution
1. Select from among yourselves
2. 7 men
3. Good reputation, full of the spirit, wisdom
4. Keep in mind the size of the church at this point
5. Prayed and laid Hands on them

Point 3: Results
1. Word of God spread
2. Disciples increased greatly
3. Large number of priests became obedient to faith

  6. If our church grew quickly from people getting saved, how could you help teach these folks to follow Jesus? What would you be willing/excited to do to help grow these new Christians?
