I have carefully investigated everything from the very first, to write to you in an orderly
sequence, most honorable Theophilus,  4  so that you may know the certainty of the things about
which you have been instructed.

Luke wrote so that you may know with certainty about Jesus. Luke 1:4
What Luke Wrote:
1. That every day, Jesus did things intentionally.
2. And that Jesus did things unwaveringly.
Flow of the Story:
Luke 1-3 is about the birth of the Perfect Man.
Luke 4-9 is about the ministry of the Perfect Man.
Luke 9-19 is about preparing for the Perfect Sacrifice.
Luke 20-24 is about the death and Resurrection of the Perfect Man.
