1. Do you know Elizabeth Barrett Browning (sonnet 43) “How I love you, let me count the ways…”? What memories do you have of this poem?
2. Have you ever written or prayed a love letter to God? How did it feel to express that to Him?
3. “God is eternal, He is”. What feelings does this phrase conjure up in you? How do you wrap your mind around this idea?
4. How does it feel to hold onto God’s word which is eternal? How does that impact how you experience reading God’s word?
5. Read Psalm 119: 97-112, which description of love for God’s word most resonates with you right now, has in your past, or would you like to experience in the future and explain why?
6. Do you remember when you “fell in love” with the word of God? What did it feel like? How do/would you fall in love again?
