INTRO
In general, life is daunting and difficult.
The unpredictability and constant change can make anyone go crazy.
Even the best of leaders buckle and break at times of intense
challenges, crises, and chaos.
The leaders, people who invest in their spiritual and personal growth
are the ones who come out on the other side successful, victorious.
They thrive under pressure and can strategize a workable, successful plan.
It has nothing to do with intelligence or intellect.
It’s all about intentionality, consistency, and the wisdom
of how to live out the values that cultivate growth, success. and influence,
on a daily basis. It has to be a lifestyle and long term commitment

GENEROSITY HAS TO BE A VALUE IN YOUR CULTURE
• Generosity is not learned or lived overnight.
• You can’t be generous in a day or all of a sudden.
• It’s created and cultivated over a long period of time.
• You’re not born with it. It’s not a human attribute.
• Social responsibility and generosity are some of the core values and mission of our Every Nation family.
GENEROSITY IS A VERB
• Generosity is not a noun or feeling.
• It’s actioned first in your private lives then ripples out to your public life.
• Generosity has to be modeled to you. It becomes part of your DNA.
• You LEARN IT, LIVE IT, and then LOVE IT! 🩷👍🤙
[no one is born a Christian or Disciple of Christ]
• God will give us the grace [divine equipping and empowering] for us to do what is required in the current season. He also supplies the people.
• Our generosity should multiply generationally.
“Our children will also serve Him.
Future generations will hear about the wonders of the Lord.
His righteous acts will be told to those not yet born.
They will hear about everything He has done.” —Psalms 22:30-31 NLT
“Let each generation tell its children of your mighty acts;
let them proclaim your power.” —Psalms 145:4 NLT
“So each generation should set its hope anew on God,
not forgetting His glorious miracles and obeying His commands.” —Psalms 78:7 NLT
• Generosity is done with others for others. It’s not philanthropy.
• It’s a partnership. Everyone has a part. (Part-ner-ship)
• Godly generosity is different from worldly generosity.
ROI: God= Rewards On Investment World= Return On Investment
(The world’s return percentage is manini compared
to what God has planned for you!)
• Godly generosity produces blessings of unlimited returns and resources.
[Das why He said “no worry or waver huckleberry]
“Then Peter began to speak up. “We’ve given up everything to follow you,”
He said. “Yes,” Jesus replied, “and I assure you that everyone who has given up
a house or brothers or sisters or mother or father
or children or property, for my sake and for the Good News,
will receive now in return a hundred times as many houses, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and property—along with persecution.
and in the world to come that person will have eternal life.
But many who are the greatest now will be least important then,
and those who seem least important now will be the greatest then.” —Mark 10:28-31 NLT
YOU CANNOT GIVE, LIVE OR TEACH WHAT YOU DON’T HAVE OR DO
• If you don’t have money, you cannot give money.
• If you don’t have or live abundantly, you cannot give or live abundantly.
• If you don’t have salvation, you cannot give or offer salvation to anyone else.
[scarcity, stinginess, tight wad]
• You have to be potty trained/taught to potty train/teach.
CONCLUSION [Application]
1) Generosity is one of our core values here at Innovative Concepts.
2) All generations will action this value consistently in their home, campus, work, recreation, church.
3) Model it whenever you have an opportunity. If there are no opportunities, create one, make one up. Involve others.
4) Don’t pretend or present like you’re a generous person.
“Don’t eat with people who are stingy; don’t desire their delicacies.
They are always thinking about how much it costs.
“Eat and drink,” they say, but they don’t mean it.
You will throw up what little you’ve eaten,
and your compliments will be wasted.” —Proverbs 23:6-8 NLT
5) Understand the Principles behind the Process when making decisions.
“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse,
that there may be food in my house. [The Church]
Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “
and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven
and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.” —Malachi 3:10 NIV
✦God challenges His people to trust Him in their giving,
promising an outpouring of blessings in return.
(The Widow’s Offering)
“Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put
and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury.
Many rich people threw in large amounts.
But a poor widow came and put in two
very small copper coins, worth only a few cents.
Calling His disciples to Him, Jesus said,
‘Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more
into the treasury than all the others.
They all gave out of their wealth;
but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—all she had to live on.’” —Mark 12:41-44 NIV
✦This story shows that faith-filled giving[Generosity]
isn’t about the amount, but about trusting God with everything.
6) Create a “Generosity Account” in your personal budget.
