Tuesday Night Prayer Service Tuesday Night Prayer Services are every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Forum. We believe that seeking the Lord together in prayer is the activity of first importance in the life of our church family because the presence of the Lord is the essential peace and power of the New Testament church. Our weekly prayer meeting is the engine room of our church and is designed in the mold of the Brooklyn Tabernacle prayer services in New York City, portrayed in the book, “Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire”, by Jim Cymbala. Good Friday: A Night of Worship The whole family is invited to join us on Good Friday, April 18 at 6:30 p.m., for a powerful night of Worship led by Britton and Carrie Hardcastle of KingsPorch! This night will guide us to remember the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross as payment for our sins and help prepare us to celebrate His resurrection on Easter Sunday.
Door2Door Easter Blitz We need you at our Door2Door Easter Blitz on Saturday, April 19 from 8:30 -11:30 a.m. Meet in the Forum at 8:00 a.m. for coffee and donuts. Join us as we invite our community to Easter!
Easter Worship in the Park On Easter Sunday, April 20 at 11:00 a.m., we are taking Worship outside to the Forney Community Park! Everyone is invited as we gather as one community for Easter Worship in the Park. Our FBC Forney Worship Band and Praise Team will lead us in worship followed by a message of hope and celebration led by Pastor Nathan Lino. We will have portable baptisms set up, shorts and tshirts for those who wish to get baptized. We are asking our members to park here at our campus. We will provide shuttle busses to take you to and from the Forney Community Park.
100,000 Easter Egg Hunt
Following worship, we will host Forney’s largest ever Easter Egg Hunt with over 100K eggs! Hunts will be divided by age and special needs. Every child in Kaufman and surrounding counties is invited to come fill their baskets!

Who Are Your Three? This Easter, we are asking you to invite three people who are far from God to Easter Worship in the Park on Sunday, Apr. 20 at 11:00 a.m. Please prayerfully consider whom you will invite, invite them, then write their names on the cards provided. Cards and eggs will also be available at the display in the Mall.
1. After inviting them, tear off the written names and place each name in a plastic egg.
2. Drop each filled egg into the Egg Display in the Mall.
3. On Sunday, Apr. 13, we will distribute the eggs to our congregation to pray over the names inside, asking God to bring these individuals to hear the gospel at our Easter Worship in the Park.

2025 Malawi Mission Trip FBCF is offering 13 international mission trips, 3 domestic mission trips, and many opportunities for local evangelism in 2025. We are having a Malawi Mission Trip Interest Meeting on Wednesday, April 16, at 6:30 p.m. in the Chapel for the July 23-Aug. 2 **trip. Ready to go or serve? Adult First Friends Connect We are a ministry for adults with special needs ages 18 years and older and host fun nights throughout the year called First Friends Connect! First Friends Connect Bowling Night is Saturday, April 26 from 2-4:00 p.m. at Film Alley in Terrell. The cost of $15pp includes bowling, shoes, popcorn and sodas. FIRST KIDS - Birth - Grade 6
First Kids Midweek We offer Cubbies for ages 3-4; RAs for boys in grade K-6; GAs for girls in grades K-6; Kids Worship and Bible Drill for grades 4-6 on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. More details and registration at fbcforney.org/children.
Preteen Mission Trip to Austin On Saturday, June 28, we are going on a one day preteen mission trip (for 5th and 6th graders) to Austin. Partner with our Student Ministry Team and Redemption Fellowship Church, a church plant in Manor (near Austin), to make the name of Jesus known in their community. Our preteens will conduct a door-to-door blitz two weeks before our Student Ministry Mission Team arrives to partner with Redemption Fellowship Church. They will be hosting evangelistic community outreach events similar to our Party in the Park model. Our Preteen Team will be making the community aware of the upcoming events by going door to door in the community and distributing invitation cards. Training for this trip will be held on Saturday, April 19 at our upcoming FBCF Door to Door Easter Blitz. Interested in sending your preteen? Click here to sign up!
Preschool Storytime StoryTime is free for all kids in the community ages birth to 5 years old on Wednesday, April 23, 9:30-10:30 a.m. Enjoy an interactive story, a craft, and a snack. (An adult must accompany children.) We will meet in the Special Needs large group area of the CEC. Park in the back and enter the doors of Building C. Look for the signs. No need to register.
How to Have the Talk Workshop Don’t miss this equipping workshop for all parents of 3rd and 4th graders. The workshop will be April 27, 12:30-2:30 p.m. in the Great Hall. Lunch will be provided. We will discuss the importance of teaching your children to walk in holiness and purity and give you some strategies and resources to use in discussing God’s design for sex. VBX and Summer Camps Registration is now open for our Vacation Bible Experience and Summer Camps at fbcforney.org/children. Magnified! VBX, June 8-12 from 6-8:00 p.m., will encourage kids to look closely at the details of God’s amazing world and magnify, or proclaim, the greatness of God. Camp GAP is July 14-18 at Mt. Lebanon and designed for children who have completed 3rd–6th grade. Champs Camp, July 25-26, is for all children who have completed 1st or 2nd grade, and it serves as an introduction to what Camp GAP is all about.
SPORTS AND FITNESS
Intermediate/Advanced Pickleball Clinics We are offering a pickleball clinic, taught by Jonathan Appleton, the last Wednesday of the month for intermediate and advanced players who want to improve their game. The cost is $40 pp/per clinic for this 1-1/2 hour session and will be limited to 8 participants each. The upcoming clinics are scheduled for 6:00-7:30 a.m. on the following dates: Apr. 30, and May 28. Details and registration are located at fbcforney.org/leagues.

Mosaic LifeGroup Everyone ages 18-24 is invited to Mosaic LifeGroups on Sundays at 9:15 a.m. in room D072.
Wednesday Nights College students, whether you are here full time or just home on break, are encouraged to attend our Mosaic class on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. We will dive into scripture and plan some fun events throughout the school year.
