Discouragement is so effective because discouragement is simply the absence of courage. When discouraged, you have no courage, no heart, no bravery, and it takes bravery to capture your destiny. You need courage to capture your destiny, strength to seize it, audacity to attain your destiny, grit to get it, and bravery to breakthrough into your destiny.

1. Your Sins Are
Matthew 9:1,2 “Jesus stepped into a boat, crossed over and came to his own town. Some men brought to him a paralytic, lying on a mat. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Take heart, son; your sins are forgiven.”
One of our greatest needs is to feel forgiven. It’s critical to see that our sins are forgiven in Christ:

2. Your Faith Has

3. Your Cry Is Always
We all want to be seen, understood, and heard – Genesis 16.
Mark 10:46-52 Bartimaeus was BLIND, but he needed someone to HEAR.
We’re all crying out for something. But whatever your cry, your cries are ALWAYS heard. Psalm 138:8 (NCV) “On the day I called to you, you answered me. You made me strong and brave.” God sees you. He understands you. And He hears you.

Psalm 31:24 “Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in the Lord.” David Got His Brave Back because God’s strength is attracted to the hopeful. God’s strength flows as we wait on Him. Isaiah 40:31 “But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”
5. You Can Trust Him Even When You Can’t
Matthew 14:22-33 v.27 “But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.”

6. He Stands By You When You Need It
Acts 23:11 “The following night the Lord stood near Paul and said, “Take courage! As you have testified about me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify in Rome.”
Whatever you face today, Get Your Brave Back because Jesus stands by you in the Night Seasons! In tough times when it’s hard to see Him near, He is right there standing next to you!
Adversity is part of the package - John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” He has overcome and so YOU have!

Psalm 27:13,14 (NKJV) “13 I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. 14 Wait on the LORD; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; wait, I say, on the LORD!”
