15 Change Agents from Nehemiah 3:

• Recognize individuals matter to God (every person, every role)
  

• Connect the world’s brokenness to your ministry

• A BIG vision requires “all hands on deck”

• Let go without letting up (Delegation)

• Shake people out of their apathy

• Unity amongst diversity (“next to him”)

• Focus on tasks closest to home (“opposite his own house”)

Ephesians 6:4
“Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.”

• Leaders lead the way (the spiritual leaders went first)

• Invest in something bigger than yourself (Tekoites lived 5 miles away)

• Be willing to “stoop to serve the Lord”

Luke 22:26
But not so with you. Rather, let the greatest among you become as the youngest, and the leader as one who serves.

• Be 100% committed (The whole city gave of themselves for 52 days!)

• Have more than just a motivational speech

• Take care of your section of the wall (you can’t rebuild everything but you can do your part)
