What do Prayer and Fasting Accomplish?

Divine

Romans 12:1 (ESV) “…present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, and acceptable to God which is your spiritual worship.”

vs.2 “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”

Supernatural

Matthew 6:33 (ESV) “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”

When you sacrifice what is in the realm of your Kingdom (control) - you receive what is in the realm of His Kingdom (control)!

John 4:32, 34 (ESV) “I have food to eat that you do not know about…. My food is to do the will of Him who sent me, and to accomplish His work.”
